Residents in Westminster, London, where the average house price over the past year has been a staggering £1.5 million according to Rightmove, are living in fear due to drug users who defecate and urinate in communal spaces during the night.
By day, these addicts, high on a deadly combination of crack, spice, and heroin, deter locals and tourists alike with their slumped, zombie-esque demeanour .
