CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- First responders battled a blaze in Clarksville Friday morning that ravaged a mobile home.
According to Clarksville Fire Rescue, crews were dispatched to the Belle Court area shortly before 10:15 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 8 for a reported structure fire.
When units arrived at the scene, officials said the mobile home was almost fully engulfed in flames, but the resident had already escaped the structure safely.
"The 'explosion' sound that nearby residents reportedly heard was a small mobile oxygen tank, and there is no concern for air quality at this time," the department added.
Fire officials confirmed the blaze was out at approximately 11:12 a.m. There were no reports of injuries resulting from this incident.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation
