CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - WTOC Investigates has learned Darryl Repress, the former Savannah Police Department detective accused of lying under oath in a triple homicide case, has pleaded guilty to all charges.
We couldn’t go through the court system to find out how Repress’ case ended because those files have been sealed from the public.
However, WTOC Investigates has obtained paperwork showing Repress’ guilty plea.
Repress was indicted in May 2024 on charges of perjury, violation of oath by a public officer, and making a false statement.
The violation of oath charges stemmed from several policy violations in which Repress had an inappropriate relationship with a convicted felon, and lied about it.
The perjury charge stems from a case involving Jerrell Williams, who was arrested
