Wyatt J. Taylor, 28, of 3301 S CR 60 SW, Greensburg, has been charged with one count of felony murder in conjunction with the shooting death of his father, Joshua Taylor, early Tuesday morning in their rural Decatur County residence.

According to court documents, at approximately 12:05 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, a relative called 911 requesting a wellness check at the previously listed address. The relative had received a phone call from his nephew, Wyatt Taylor, asking, "Should I do it or should I go to bed?"
