NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department announced they are now accepting applications for the fall 2025 Community Police Academy.
The program, which was started in 1995, is for Nashvillians interested in learning about how MNPD operates and strategizes.
“The Community Police Academy offers such a unique experience for Nashville residents to see and hear first-hand how our men and women are working to keep Nashville safe,” Chief John Drake said. “Graduates tell me time and again how much they enjoyed taking part.”
