SALEM, Mass. —

An investigation is underway after an incident at a building under construction in Salem, Massachusetts, on Friday.

Radio calls indicted a worker may have fallen at the site, which is located near 60 Grove St.

From Sky5, it appears to be a five-story residential building under construction, part of a three-building project called Grove Street Landing.

In addition to police, fire and members of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, investigators from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration also responded to the scene.

Several emergency vehicles were seen parked along a gravel roadway between the building and the North River. Yellow police tape was blocking off a section of the gravel roadway.
