An Allen Superior Court judge agreed this week to dismiss two of eight counts of alleged wrongdoing from a lawsuit accusing Bishop Luers High School officials and others of failing to act on reported sexual exploitation, according to documents obtained today.
Judge Andrew Williams' ruling Thursday reduced the case to six counts following a mid-July hearing on the matter.
The lawsuit stems from allegations about systemic failure to protect female Bishop Luers students from sexual exploitation involving pornographic videos created by male students. The boys allegedly superimposed their female classmates' names on the explicit content, portraying them as participants in sexual acts.
The complaint was filed on behalf of nine current and former students along with their parents. The students
