FRANKLIN TWP., N.J. - In the heart of Hunterdon County, a void sits in the hearts of many.

"Everybody's devastated," said Gary Walia, owner of The Pittstown Inn. "Just not the family, but everybody in town."

Walia says Lauren Semanchik used to frequent his restaurant. He was devastated to learn she and her boyfriend, Tyler Webb, were murdered just down the road.

"She was very personable," said Walia. "She was very personable, very sweet person. Can't even imagine something like that happening to a person like that - to anybody for that matter, but she was just an angel."
