BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - A Maine-based coffee shop is celebrating its silver anniversary by brewing up something new.

Aroma Joe’s is turning 25 this year, but it’s keeping things fresh with the rollout of a new store model.

Aroma Joe’s newest Bangor location on Haskell Road is the first of a new prototype. It’s 1,500 square feet and features both a drive through and coffeehouse.

It features a modern design that uses more color and bold graphics, which AJ’s hopes reflects a “universally appealing aesthetic.”
