Healthcare providers and state officials are already preparing for the impacts of the Big, Beautiful Bill, even though some of the biggest changes to Medicaid and SNAP won’t take effect for more than 12 months.

“We don’t know what to expect but whatever comes, we’re going to make sure we’re here for our patients,” InterCommunity Healthcare Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Tyler Booth said Friday.
