TEMPE, Ariz. — Arizona State University is using virtual reality to transform traditional college classes, and the school says the immersive approach is keeping students engaged and helping them earn better grades.

The program, called Dreamscape Learn , combines narrative storytelling with virtual environments that place students at the center of scientific and academic challenges. Instead of lectures and textbooks alone, students put on VR headsets and enter interactive missions designed to simulate real-world problem-solving.
