PHOENIX — A Phoenix mom is struggling with an unimaginable loss after her 16-year-old son was killed in a single-vehicle, rollover crash. His mother, Jenna Whittemore, is now searching for healing.

"I think the special thing about Bailey was how incredibly genuine he was," she said. "He just had this warmth about him."

Her son Bailey Lohman was always fueled by adventure and had a smile as big as his heart.

"He loved everything about the ocean," she said. "He wanted to become a dive master like his dad. He loved fishing and cliff jumping was his latest craze; anything outdoors. He loved taking pictures. He was on the [school] football team and he played lacrosse which is kind of his greater love.
