MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) - The Multicultural Coalition, Inc. held its third annual Back to School Drive, collecting supplies and donations to help children in Calumet, Outagamie, and Winnebago counties start the school year with confidence.
The nonprofit aims to provide students with the tools they need to succeed while easing first-day jitters. Last year, the organization distributed more than 200 backpacks filled with supplies.
Donations of backpacks, pencils, notebooks, gym shoes, and other school essentials are still being accepted through Monday, Aug. 11, at 3 p.m. at the Multicultural Coalition’s Menasha office.
Financial contributions can be made via the group’s PayPal page or by shopping their Amazon wishlist.
