KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City anesthesiologist is behind bars in Texas after he allegedly made plans to meet with a minor for sexual favors.

Montgomery County, Texas, Detention Center records indicate that Kelly D. Holloway, 68, of Kansas City, Missouri, was booked in around 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7.

Jail records indicated that Holloway’s arrest was connected to a child sex crimes investigation. He was ultimately booked for the online solicitation of a child under the age of 14.

The facility also noted that Holloway was originally arrested in Kansas City, Kansas, and was held in the Wyandotte County Jail before he was extradited to Texas.
