LITTLE ROCK, Ark. ( KAIT /Gray News) - The Arkansas State Medical Board voted to revoke the license of Dr. David Diffine in a disciplinary hearing Friday.
The decision came after the board received videos of the Blytheville doctor walking around naked in the reception area of his medical office.
The video also reportedly showed him performing a sexual act on an employee.
After hearing from Diffine and a few of his former employees and colleagues, the board voted unanimously to revoke his license for five years.
The board said its decision was based on a “preponderance of evidence” that he violated the Medical Practices Act.
The Arkansas State Medical Board suspended Diffine’s medical license following an investigation of videos sent to the board in July.
