EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The Downtown Evansville Improvement District hosted their third Night Market tonight on 6th street, and officials say they will be holding an Asian Night Market soon.
The event included local vendors selling handmade items, a variety of food and locally grown produce, and much more.
There was live music from DJ Chidi along with games and activities.
Those 21 or over could purchase alcohol in DORA branded cups while they shopped at the vendors and stores in the area.
“We host them in different areas downtown to just showcase different streets that normally don’t have events,” Events Coordinator Alli Turpin says. “Also, we just launched our Dora program in July, so it’s great to see everybody out, enjoying that as well.“
