TOLEDO, Ohio — Witnesses say a normally quiet Point Place neighborhood turned chaotic Friday when a robbery happened at the KeyBank branch in Shoreland.

"I look across the street and I see some guy with a gun, a cop with a gun, run across here and I'm like 'what the heck is going on,'" said Lisa Bodnar, who lives directly across from the bank on Suder Avenue.

Bodnar said she was outside when officers first arrived.

"I've never seen that many cops pull into one place in five minutes and I thought 'what the heck is going on,'" she said.

But she said her time outside was short.

"The cop lady came over here and said you guys go in the house, go in the house, and so she told everybody in this apartment to go in the house," Bodnar recalled.
