La Tierra De La Culebra Park on South Ave 57 might be leased to the LA Neighborhood Land Trust . An arrangement is in the works, according to Land Trust Executive Director Tori Kjer. The lease proposal was on Thursday’s agenda for the Board and Recreation and Park Commissioners, but has since been removed, Kjer said. Under the lease, the Land Trust would provide park operations support, but the priorities for the site wouldn't change, Kjer said.
