Cuthand: U.S. heading in direction opposite the Indigenous experience

To the south of us, Trump wants to control the education system. This is a classic authoritarian strategy to dumb down the population and make them obedient, pliable and non-threatening. It’s something we have our own experience with. My advice: Don’t go there.
