DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. —
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office said western parts of the county were "heavily impacted" by Saturday morning's severe weather.
In a Facebook post , officials said injuries were reported at Two Rivers State Park.
A KETV viewer reported that power lines were down near 180th Street and Bennington Road.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office asked people to avoid the area as crews responded to the storm damage.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office also reported widespread damage and asked people to avoid the area.
The severe thunderstorms brought destructive winds and heavy rain to the area and thousands of people in the area lost power .
