SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - It has been a stormy and foggy Saturday morning in Siouxland with morning highs nearing the mid 70s. Severe thunderstorms made their way throughout the southern portion of our viewing area producing 60 to 80 mph winds and hail up to 2 inches.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch continues for Emmet, Palo Alto, and Pocahontas counties until 12pm.Storms should clear out of the area into the afternoon hours with highs in the lower 80s.

Fog has arrived in Siouxland and may persist into Saturday afternoon. It should be breezy with winds coming out of the north at 10 to 15 mph. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected.

Our storm chances are not done yet as a stray shower or thunderstorm is possible Saturday night into Sunday morning. Lows will be in the lower to mid 60s with wind
