SPOKANE, Wash - Interstate 90 is blocked west of Spokane Saturday morning for a crash involving multiple vehicles and a bale of hay in the road.
Washington State Patrol says a hay bale fell off a truck on eastbound I-90 just before 8 am.
A motorcyclist hit the hay bale and caused a crash with a Spokane County Sheriff's deputy.
WSP said the motorcyclist and deputy were both injured and the road is fully blocked.
Detours are in place and emergency responders are on the scene.
They have not said yet when they expect the road to reopen.
