CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio -- A trio of artists whose commercial heydays were back when pop bands still had saxophonists joined forces to take Blossom-goers back in time on Friday night.

Christopher Cross, Men at Work and headliners Toto all had big records “back in the day” of the late ’70s through the mid-’80s, and all are safely cruising in legacy mode, giving their fans the songs they know and most want to hear.

The crowd was a healthy mix of the expected aging yuppies, Boomers and Gen Xers, some with children in tow, augmented with pockets of younger folks who came to party like it was 1984.
