The 2025 Trade Deadline saw 15 prospects depart the Yankees’ farm system for other organizations, as the team dipped into its minor-league depth in order to patch some glaring holes in the big-league roster. This meant parting with some players who ranked within MLB Pipeline’s list of the Top 30 prospects in the Yankees system, including risers like Rafael Flores and Roc Riggio (traded in the David Bednar and Jake Bird deals, respectively) and back-end arms like Griffin Herring and Josh Grosz (the return for Ryan McMahon).
