The Israeli national team recorded a convincing 109-69 victory over Cyprus at the ECOMMBX Cup in Limassol.

Coached by Ariel Beit-Halahmy, Israel took control in the third quarter with a decisive 28-15 run that pushed the lead to +24 (83-59) by the end of the period, effectively sealing the game.

While Cyprus, led by Christoforos Livadiotis, remained competitive through most of the first half, they struggled to keep pace in the second half as Israel’s offense ramped up.

Among Israel’s standout performers was Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija, who contributed a solid 12 points. Tomer Ginat and Yovel Zoosman led the scoring with 15 points each, while Idan Zalmanson added 12 points.
