Manchester United have, reportedly, registered their interest in Brighton's Carlos Baleba , one of the top young midfielders playing in the Premier League , but it would cost a significant sum - and so some readers in The Manchester Evening News comments section say that Ruben Amorim can already find what he's looking for within the squad.

With the arrival of Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko, the main objective of improving United's attack has been addressed, and the club can move on to secondary goals. Fresh energy and aggression in midfield wouldn't go amiss, and 21-year-old Baleba from Brighton would fit the bill.

Brighton don't want to sell Baleba , as it stands, while the cost to prise him away from the south coast is reported to be north of £100million.
