The Warren County Board of Supervisors have chosen the next county administrator, but members wouldn’t reveal their choice in public.
Chairman Jerome “Jay” Butler said at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Wednesday that he and fellow members had selected a new county administrator. Butler made the comment during the board members’ reports.
County Administrator Edwin Daley plans to retire at the end of the year. Supervisors started their search for Daley’s replacement several months ago and interviewed five applicants on Friday.
On Wednesday, supervisors met in closed session prior to the public portion of the meeting to discuss, among several items, the candidates for county administrator.
Supervisor Richard Jamieson said during his member report that he and fellow members made their
