ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For over two decades, the Brockport Arts Festival has drawn in dozens of vendors and thousands of visitors, but according to some residents, attendance is down this year due to the delays of the Bridging Brockport project.
“I'd say the turnout is down. There's a lot of vendors, but sometimes you couldn't even walk in the street hardly and now, today it’s easy," Brian Lemon, a Brockport resident, said. "We walked up (before the bridge construction), but for us to walk up (today) was almost an extra mile to walk all the way around to the next bridge.”
