Hawaii man severely burned in heinous acid attack -- and the raging lunatic who hurled the toxic liquid remains at large

A Hawaii man is in critical condition after a raging lunatic allegedly hurled acid in his face, sparking a manhunt for the deranged suspect who remains at large.

The 30-year-old victim was crossing the street in Honolulu’s Chinatown Friday night when a do-rag-wearing stranger lobbed the chemical liquid at him, according to the Honolulu Police Department.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition after the heinous attack , which left him with severe burns to his face and body, police said.
