CLEARFIELD, Utah (ABC4) — The Clearfield Police Department has issued a shelter-in-place order for residents west of I-15 after a report of shots fired.

In a Facebook post, Clearfield Police say they are working an active incident where shots were reportedly fired in the area of 450 South and 500 East. The shelter-in-place is for residents in the area from State Street east to I-15 between 200 South and State Route 193.

Police are asking residents to stay inside and avoid the area until further notice and to call 911 to report any suspicious circumstances.
