A trio of players have left the Rutgers football team before the start of the 2025 season.

Veteran tight end Victor Konopka, true freshman offensive lineman N-Kye Winn and incoming long snapper transfer Caleb Johnston have left the program for personal reasons, head coach Greg Schiano said Saturday following his team’s first scrimmage of training camp.

They have been removed from the program’s online roster , while wide receiver Dane Pardridge was added after transferring into the school this week.
