Derby County's young goalkeeper Harry Evans is looking forward to his spell at Coleraine after signing on loan.

The young Rams stopper has been drafted into help cover the loss of Ryan Schofield through injury.

The 20-year-old previously trained at the club last month and is hoping to get some first-team experience under his belt.

“Yeah, really excited,” he said.

“I came over for a week at the start of pre-season and really enjoyed it.

“I thought the set-up was really good and the lads were good, so I was glad to come back.

“I think Michael (Dougherty) is a really good coach.

“I didn’t know what to expect coming over in terms of what the coaching or anything will be like but it’s been really good and he’s similar to coaches I’ve had before.
