George Daniel Pilialoha Aukai Jr., aka Kai Aukai, 64, of Ocean View died May 27 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a rancher, horse trainer and was the state all-around rodeo champion in 1983. Services at a later date. Survived by parents, George D.P. (Dianna) Aukai Sr.; sons, Chaddy Aukai, Troy Aukai, Travis Aukai and Cory (Martha) Aukai; daughter, Breeasha Nowik; brother, Ronnie (Lisa) Aukai; sisters, Willette (Mike) Allen and Melissa (Taeki) Tuifua; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; uncles, aunts, nephew, nieces and cousins.
