A southern Ontario chain that operates walk-in clinics and pharmacies under the same roof has added a second location in Welland, this one in the downtown core.

Like the first Samy’s Drug Mart at 244 King St. , the recently opened Bridgeview Medical at 42 Division St. has a family physician on staff accepting new patients as well as treating people on a walk-in basis.

Dr. Mohamed Mitwali is the lone doctor at the new location while the King Street site has two physicians, Dr. Olufemi Sule and Dr. Sameh Zayeh.

The Welland Pain Clinic, also at 42 Division St. , and next door to an I.D.A. compounding pharmacy, also has two doctors who only see patients on referral basis.
