Four people were struck by gunfire in West Garfield Park early Sunday morning, police said.
At approximately 1:47 a.m., police responded to a call of a person shot in the 4500 block of West Wilcox Street. They found four victims of gunfire, two of whom were teens.
A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were both brought to Stroger Hospital following their injuries. One was struck multiple times and is in serious condition. The other was similarly struck multiple times but is in good condition.
Two 28-year-old men were struck and injured in the shooting. One was struck in the neck and head and was brought to Mount Sinai in serious condition. The other sustained a graze wound to his leg and was brought to Mount Sinai in good condition.
Police are investigating, but no one is in custody.
