HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Evansville Police are investigating after multiple cars and a house were hit by gunfire Saturday evening.

According to a report, officers were called for a call involving shots fired. Dispatch advised they received multiple related calls and people were reportedly running from the scene.

Arriving officers reported the cars and house being shot and shell casings were found at the scene.

After talking with involved parties, detectives and Crime Scene took over the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
