The Chicago Bears will make their preseason debut Sunday, as will a new patch featured prominently on their jerseys.
The orange football-shaped patch contains the initials “VMH” on it, and will be worn on their jerseys through the entire 2025 season.
Bears fans will recall that long-time owner of the team Virginia McCaskey passed away earlier this year at the age of 102, and the patch pays homage to her full name of Virginia Halas McCaskey, with the “M” emboldened and in the center of the patch.
