The first of the two major preseason football rankings came out on Monday, and South Carolina was ranked 13th in the Coaches' Top 25. The Gamecocks were one of nine SEC teams in the top 25, and four of them are on the Gamecocks’ schedule. The AP preseason ranking will be out on Monday.
