JEFFERSON COUNTY, W.Va. –Count citizens in the Eastern Panhandle among those concerned about the impact of an expansion that could bring a 500,000-volt transmission line through Jefferson County as it passes through from Pennsylvania to power data centers in Virginia.
Mary Gee is a property owner in Jefferson County who is part of the PJM Interconnection Transmission Proposal 2023 social media group, aimed at informing residents and pushing back at the line’s expansion.
