CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man has been charged in the murder of a 43-year-old man in July, Chicago police said.

The deadly shooting happened on July 11 in the 13200-block of South Langley Avenue , police said.
Prince Johnson, 43, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He died at the scene, police said.
Nearly one month after the shooting, police arrested a 38-year-old man.
John Perteet of Chicago was arrested on August 6 in the 4400 block of W. West End Avenue, police said.
He was charged with one count of murder.
