A police report said the husband of a TikTok influencer left his three-year-old son outside while he watched a basketball game, before the tot drowned in the family pool. ‌

Emilie and Brady Kiser's three-year-old son, Trigger, died at the family's home in Arizona in May. Emilie Kiser was out with friends at the time, while dad Brady was left at home to care for Trigger and their newborn son Theordore. ‌

Following the death, police initially recommended be charged with a count of child abuse . But the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said there was “no reasonable likelihood of conviction”. ‌
