Focusing on August 5 to 11 , American Airlines began three never-served-before routes, Delta Air Lines reintroduced a link after five-plus years, and United Airlines inaugurated another new service. Three of the trio's five routes involve Chicago O'Hare, which is the US's busiest airport for aircraft movements . While the US' 10 busiest airports have collectively only added 0.2% more movements compared to last August, O'Hare has grown by 9.1%. This is largely because of the two hub carriers, American and United, each of which has expanded by 12%+.
