‘We want justice for this baby’: Woman arrested after toddler girl found dead in Gadsden hearse

A woman has been arrested after a toddler girl was found dead in a hearse outside a Gadsden funeral home, according to police.

Gadsden police said the suspect, identified as 29-year-old Terica Pearl, was in custody roughly 12 hours after the child was found dead thanks to “a relentless, coordinated effort” by investigators.
