A new mom is thanking the first responders who saved her and her unborn baby’s lives

Tracy Anton of Green, Ohio, was 27 weeks pregnant when she went to let her dog out after work on July 1. The dog got out of the yard, and she began chasing it — at which point she went into cardiac arrest, per a press release obtained by PEOPLE from the Green Mayor’s Office.
