The Iowa Cubs were condemned by the St. Paul Saints (Twins), 3-2.

Starter Jordan Wicks lasted 4.2 innings and gave up two runs on three hits. One of the two runs was unearned. The other was a home run. Wicks struck out four and walked no one.

Ethan Roberts relieved Wicks and took the loss after surrendering one run on two hits over 1.1 innings. Roberts walked one and struck out one.
