‘Easier to get out of a marriage than a shareholder agreement’ – lawyer’s view on Irish VC and M&A

“It is easier to get out of a marriage these days than it is to get out of a shareholder agreement,” according to Sarah Slevin, a solicitor who advises on Irish merger and investment deals.
