The Challenge stars Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols are now the proud parents of four children .

"We are so excited to introduce our fourth baby, Francesca Rose Nichols - Frankie for short," Jenna, 32, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Sunday, August 10. "She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long. She was born at 4:00 a.m."

Baby Frankie joins older siblings Anthony, 3, Liliana, 2, and Carmella , 17 months, who were all excited to welcome another family member into the fold.

"They were so young when Carmella was born, but now that they are all a little older, they understand," Jenna shared. "They helped me set up her bassinet, go through some baby clothes and help pack my baby bag."
