Everton have reached an agreement with Manchester City over a season-long loan deal for Jack Grealish.

The deal includes an option for Everton to purchase the winger next summer for £50million. The 29-year-old is under contract at the Etihad until 2027.

Grealish was named in City's starting XI in the Premier League just seven times last season and was left out of the squad entirely for their final game of the league campaign against Fulham. He was also an unused substitute in City's FA Cup final defeat to Crystal Palace.

Pep Guardiola decided against naming Grealish in his squad for the Club World Cup. City were hoping to find a buyer for the England star but he is now set to spend the season on loan at Everton.
