JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson came into Saturday’s preseason game with a lot to play for after missing most of his rookie season with injuries.

For Wilson, just getting on the field was a blessing. But his first big play, a dig route against standout Jaguars cornerback Tyson Campbell , showcased that he could do something the team had questions about, which was him playing on the outside.

“It was just a real blessing to be able to start the game off like that,” Wilson said. “Just a nice little in cut. It was nothing crazy. It was just a nice little dig.”
