Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man on the Isle of Sheppey.

Kent Police officers were called to Leysdown-on-Sea shortly after 7pm on Sunday 10 August 2025 to reports of an altercation involving a small group of people in the Warden Bay Road area.

A man in his 40s was assaulted and suffered serious injuries. He died at the scene.

His next of kin has been informed.

A 16-year-old girl and two boys, aged 14 and 15, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

They remain in police custody pending further enquiries.
